Reiki Circles are a gentle, hands-off practice where you sit quietly and give your system a chance to settle. You rest while we do the work.

Reiki is not separate from our leadership and systems work. It’s a simple way to support nervous system coherence, which underlies everything we teach.

Our Community Reiki Circles are for individuals, not teams or organizations.

They’re an opportunity for restoration and connection in a shared setting.

Individual Reiki Sessions are available with Emily at Andovers Massage Cooperative Therapies in North Andover, MA
