Congratulations, you’re on your way to a new energetic state of being!

Re-mind has roots in the tradition of mantra and positive affirmation.   We use Re-mind to shift the focus of our minds and make the voices in our heads work in our favor.

How You Do It

To create your own re-mind, choose a word or a phrase that is meaningful and beneficial to you and use that to shift energy and focus.

A framed sign on a wooden shelf displays the message "I'm willing to see things differently" against a dark gray wall, with a potted plant nearby.

Why It Helps

We tell ourselves stories all day long and we assign meaning to those stories which can affect the way we think about ourselves and how we live and act in the world.  Since energy travels on word, whether spoken, written or thought, it makes sense to choose what we say with intention and care.

Create Your Own

You want your re-minders to hit 3 marks. They should be:

  1. Meaningful to you

  2. Short and sweet

  3. Memorable

Take a moment and create a re-minder that feels true and powerful for you. Write it on a piece of paper, a sticky note, or in an app on your phone. Put it somewhere that you’ll see it regularly. Say it aloud or in your head throughout the day, and watch how it shifts your energetic state of being. Notice the impact of that shift on the situations and relationships in your life.

That shift is the influence of your energetic intelligence at play!

Re-mind yourself who you are, where your power is, and how you want to show up in any interaction.
